Warsaw, May 2021
Dussmann Polska, a provider of Integrated Facilities Management services, has purchased 100% of shares in NET Service SA, a company based in Warsaw. NET Service SA employs 40 people. The company specializes in teletechnical systems - from design to installation and servicing. The company also services automatic doors and as a general contractor carries out a wide range of modernization projects. An experienced team of engineers and technicians guarantees high levels of service quality throughout the country. NET Service deploys software for management of services, installation orders and electronic exchange of documentation and information with contractors.
The main shareholder, Michał Górecki, remains with the company and will continue as board chairman.
"The integration of NET Service is a further step towards implementation of our strategy: We strive for operational excellence in all facility services, and NET Service is an absolute specialist in the area of teletechnology. The Dussmann Group will continue to grow through selective acquisition. This transaction is part of our strategy to focus on profitable growth in Europe." says Artur Sarnecki, Regional CEO Europe and president of the Dussmann Polska management board.
"This is a milestone for our operations in Poland, strengthening our competence in the field of technical services. Dussmann Polska and NET Service will combine their skills and experience for the benefit of our clients. The change of ownership does not change anything in our service operations. We are very pleased that NET Service management is joining our team" emphasizes Wojciech Pawłowski, managing director and board member of Dussmann Polska.
"I happy to be part of the Dussmann Group, it is a family enterprise with ethical principles, focused on quality client service and characterized by a flexible business approach. We complement each other and are guided by a similar value system. Existing clients gain access to the broad spectrum of Dussmann services in refrigeration, heating and air conditioning and IFM. For NET Service, so far operating mainly in the public sector, joining forces also means a faster entry into the commercial market." says Michał Górecki, CEO of NET Service.
